​Reservation Guidelines

Reservations are required for both our Main Dining Room and Porcupine Lounge, and can be made up to 48 days in advance.

• ​We do not take reservations for our outdoor patio tables. Our patio tables are first come first served. Our patio is covered, however it is not heated and may be closed based on temperature and/or severe weather.

• For parties larger than 6 or special requests, please email us at firetowerstratton@gmail.com.
  Please do not leave reservation requests on our voicemail—these messages will not be returned.

• Same-day or existing reservation questions? Our staff may not be available to answer phones during service. For the best chance of reaching us, please email us or call between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Thursday-Sunday.

• We offer limited walk-in availability each evening for small parties at our high-top tables. These tables are allotted 1.5 hours during dinner service. Please see the host stand to be seated at these tables.

• Parties of 1-3 guests will be allotted 1 hour and 45 minutes to dine, 4-8 guests will be allotted 2 hours to dine, parties of 9 or more will have 2 hours and 15 minutes to dine.  Please understand that this is in order to accommodate and serve the many guests on this mountain

• Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your reservation will incur a $15 per person charge to the credit card on file.

• Your reservation will be held for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. We kindly ask that all members of your party arrive together.  We do not seat incomplete parties.

• Our largest table seats up to 12 guests. We are unable to accommodate parties larger than that.

• Children 16 and under must be seated with an adult. We do not allow minors to sit unaccompanied at separate tables

• We kindly request that all guests using electronic devices (ie. iPads, cell phones, tablets) use headphones at the table

Bar & Tavern Area

• Bar seating at the bar is available on a first come, first served basis.

• Guests must be 21 or older to sit at the bar.

• The Tavern area is 21+, minors are sometimes permitted to dine with an adult at a high-top table.​​​

• TABLES MAY NOT BE MOVED OR COMBINED DURING SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK. It is disruptive to our staff and guests. 

We have very limited walk-in seating nightly at our high-top tables in the bar. You must be seated by the host stand at these

tables.
